They remember your name (mine is not easy) and the names of your pets. I have 2 senior Papillons and Dr. Betts and the entire staff are very easy to work with. I am a senior also and they are patient with me too!

Our boy, Cole, had an abscess. We called Dr. Betts's office on Friday night and even though they were booked on Saturday, made room for our boy. Thank you so much for providing Cole with first rate health care!
