This company is very good, professional and true to their word. They work for the customer between the insurance company. They are successful making sure the roof they put on has all the necessary extra items that will keep it from leaking even if they where not there on the roof they are replacing. Their job goal is to give you a roof that will not leak not one that matches what you already had that may not have had all the necessary eave coverings, etc. A simple contract not pages upon pages. Very good service and wonderful roof.

In Jan. 2018 we relocated to the home we have now, following the flood of our previous home in Hurricane Harvey. Jan. 2019, we had invasive wind damage to our roof. Out of five contractors that we called, including one whom was referred to us by the Ins. Company; Mill Creek Roofing was the first and only contractor to respond the same day. Two never returned our call and two called back days later. Cody ******** the owner of Mill Creek Roofing not only arranged to meet with us immediately, he met with the insurance adjuster to assess the damage, then guided us thru the process and scheduling taking the burden off us. Cody was on site within minutes, during the actual project when a small issue came up and resolved it immediately. He put us; the customer first. We are more than happy with the quality of work, the honesty, and professionalism provided us during this project. If we could sum up what best describes Mill Creek Roofing in four words; it would be: "A BUSINESS OF INTEGRITY" Respectfully, *** * **** ****
