This company is dishonest not trustworthy I moved in my window treatments were cheap vinyl in moving out they charged me over $400 for wooden ones they want their former tenants to pay for what the company should I give them minus 10
BEWARE!! Mill creek is dishonest and unethical. They WILL find a way to KEEP a solid chunk OF YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT!!! Take photos when you move in --- inside AND out!!! Mill Creek will fail to note things (like spackel spots, or a 1 inch chip in the exterior paint, or a damaged rim on a lighting fixture, a misplaced gutter edge) upon move in, but, they seem to notice ALL of these things when you move out.
