I feel like all the 5 star ratings are from the people that work there I can't get a single person to answer the phone or give me a call back this place is fake

Mill Creek Family Services has provided services to several family members. I have found the front staff to be helpful and responsive. Even when my child was placed on a waiting list, we were contacted to schedule an initial appointment much sooner than what we had anticipated. Our experience with MCFS providers has been excellent. I have no hesitation recommending Mill Creek Family Services.

I'm a family practice physician who has been referring my patients to MCFS for years. I've had overwhelmingly favorable feedback about the care they have received. I continue to keep MCFS at the top of my referral list for mental health services.
