When office policy came before a patient's needs My whole family has been going to Mill Creek Family Practice for 5 years. Today they would NOT let me schedule an appointment for my eleven year old daughter because of an outstanding bill we already paid! An over 90 days old bill that we were billed for last month for $75. Weâve always paid what the clinic bills. I am so disappointed. We were told NO, we could not see the doctor unless we pay first. Great Clinic I Love Mill Creek Family Practice. I have a primary doctor there, but have occasionally needed to be seen when he wasn't on duty and have been seen by 3 of the other doctors. All have been fantastic, thoughtful, kind and through. My primary doctor's nurse returns messages when I call. Having the lab and x-ray facilities onsite is helpful. I recomend this clinic!
? I started seeing Dr. Schmidt in 1984. After he was killed in a plane crash, my doctor became Dr. Bacon. I've always been treated well & the old billing department (Carole) was very helpful. I hope the service continues to be as good as it has been for me, but I'm extremely leary of the activities of the crazy administration in DC. But one shouldn't sweat the small stuff. 5 stars.
Don't go there... My family had been patienceâs over the last 4 years, but recently I've felt like a number not a patient. The name "FAMILY PRACTICE" should be deleted from their name. The billing dept. is the worse ever, they are rude and greedy. The office manager never returns phone calls and is also rude. This medical practice is all about the money not about caring for humans
Mill Creek Family Practice I, unfortunately have to agree with the prior comment regarding MCFP. My family and I have been going there for 16 years. Recently we have been unhappy with the follow through of the Dr's. The prior reviewer is right, the doctors do not return phone calls. Money! Money ! Money! No patient care! I have gone to MCFP for over 5 years--I have been repeatedly disappointed by the overall backwardness of this place. Basically, to get any correspondence from the doctor it requires an office visit. The docor wouldn't even write me a 15 day extension on a prescription I had been having filled by them for 3 years (at the same dosage) without an office visit. Caring and Professional Office I can't say enough positive things about this office. I have never felt like a number. Our entire family goes there and we are given so much time and attention while we are in with our Doctor. I have gotten follow up calls when I was not expecting them just to check up on whoever the patient was. I am so glad I found this office and feel my family is in good hands!!!
An Excellent Place to Get Healthy This is not a typical doctor's office. Soft colors and lights create the atmosphere, and friendly nurses greet you at the front desk. Although emergency appointments can sometimes be hard to come by, the level of service and care is excellent.
Billed for services I didn't request I would stay clear of this place. I went here for a couple of years and had an excellent Nurse Practitioner. She recently left so I tried a new doctor. I asked for a cholesterol check and they did tons of other tests that I didn't ask for or was advised they were testing. I know my insurance pretty good and knew it only paid for cholesterol.
