Was such a great place for so many years, not sure what changed, but has gone horribly down hill! & don’t count on the staff to be evenly slightly knowledgeable about your insurance, cause they’ll tell you one thing & after repeatedly requesting reassurance regarding coverage, they’ll pretty much tell you anything just to one year later, charge you over $800+!!!!! Not ok!! Taking my money elsewhere!

Had issues with being billed before service was complete (contact lense fitting) and I wouldn't pay until we worked through the issue. I was sent to collections for less than 100 dollars. Not nice...I took my business elsewhere to Dr Lisa DePietto at Town Center Eye Care. She understands customer service and works with you to find solutions. I highly recommend her we have been with her for about 7 years now.

It is standard practice to collect payment before a service, and our office only sends unpaid bills to collections after we have tried to work it out with the patient. If we understand correctly, this issue happened 7 years ago? Our billing staff has changed since then, but we are happy to jump on a call to review your situation if you find that helpful. RecommendedReally impressive selection of kids' frames and terrific service by the opticians. They outfitted both of my boys quickly, and we all left happy!

I was an established patient of Dr Davis at MCFEC when I called to schedule an emergency visit. The reception could not have cared less. Not only did they not fit me in the to schedule, they did not have any referral or any other solution for me. I was frustrated and scared, and will never recommend this clinic. Eye exams are easy, but I want a doctor who's there for me when things get tough. Dr. Davis was great with my pre-teen. Patient and knowledgeable. Caitlin is a whiz at helping people find the right glasses and I can’t believe the guy who fixes glasses was able to fix mine (my son sat on them). They look like new; like nothing happened.
Rule, unprofessional, horrible place. What is f//k? After exam they can't give me eye prescription they treat me pay the co pay f//king $15 if I want eye prescription glass. What f//K is business. This f//k place have all my info include my SSN. This F//K place think I would F//K run away after I get my eye prescription. F///k eye Center. !!! Run away from his place.
