I had a fantastic experience with Dr. Shin and the entire staff during my two visits to MC Endodontics & Microsurgery. My first encounter was through a referral from my dentist’s office to evaluate my tooth for a potential root canal or removal. I don’t normally write reviews but Dr Youn exceeded my expectations. She saved my tooth, it was less painful and intrusive than a filling. She was professional, caring and administered the painkiller in a very gentle manner. I not only had a root canal but also required surgery. I put off my root canal because of fear…she has eliminated my fears.
There was an issue, but it was resolved quickly and kindly. They are quick to respond if there is a problem and everyone involved seems to be doing their best.
