I made an appointment a few months in advance with Mill Creek Dental as a new patient since I just relocated to the area. I clearly explained that I had full mouth series x-rays done in 5/25 and my insurance would only cover the payment every 3 years. Therefore I didn't want another full set of x-rays taken and in addition I had my previous dentist send the x-rays and my file to them so they can review my records. Very friendly staff. I am a wimp at the dentist. Glad I have the option to get some “gas” during treatment.
I would like to share the experience I had at this dental office. I needed a regular teeth cleaning, so I made an appointment and was told the price of the procedure in advance. However, when I arrived for my appointment, the cost was completely different — much higher than what I was originally told. Mill Creek Dental Care definitely has a “team” concept. Everyone is friendly and helpful from checking in to departure. Amanda provided excellent service and is really good at what she does.
Staff was nice and very professional.
