Just took my daughter for her first visit and her hygienist was absolutely great with her and they were all so kind. My daughter keeps asking if she can go back :-)
I've been going there for my whole 18 years of life and it feels like home! The assistants there have inspired me to get into dental assisting for myself!
I have mixed feelings. We love Dr. Schenfield and the way my kids' are cared for at appts. However, I have not been very happy with the billing staff. Our insurance pays a good portion and we always make payments on the rest. Recently I was rudely told I needed to make a $400 payment or my acct is off to collections. I made a $200 one and need to pay another $200 by Monday. My daughters had their first appointments today at Mill Creek Children's Dentistry. My 5yr old had a bad experience with a different office and was very nervous to see the dentist. But the lovely dental hygienist was so kind and patient with my daughter, she was able to do a complete exam/cleaning and X-rays without an issue. My daughter even told me she couldn't wait for her next visit. I'm so happy we found this office.
This place rocks! Totally kid friendly & makes going to the dentist even fun!!
