Terrible place; I couldn't wait to move. Loud tenants, partying like its 1999. Drugs, fighting, yelling, stealing everything a growing ghetto needs. Do yourself a favor do an about face and find another place to live….

Great if you like living without AC. Office personnel, Sue, will make you feel like you do not matter at all. So many excuses with absolutely no results when you need something repaired. Can't even make you an appointment for repairs, will get to it when your name, "comes up!" My experience has been at least 3 weeks or more. Have been without AC all summer, came once, after 3 weeks, fixed it only to come home and find out it still is not working. Will probably be another 3 weeks before they come back. I agree with the first review, I stayed in pineland for a while and the landlord is very nosey, she treats you like your 5...what I didn't like about the apartments are she says there not income based, but they are. You havetoo to be in the house by 9pm...like we are in high school! Inspection is every month along with pest control...you still see bugs everywhere! The three stars are for; the place is quite, safe, and for access to the YMC, and they don't take there time fixing things! That's all its like your living with yo... read more
Bugs in the hallways and apartments.....garbage compactor always full and disgusting....pool always closed for no reason....computers in business center are slow and printer is always down.....staff is rude to long time residents, I have been a resident for over two years with perfect rental history then lost my job, i'm a 25 year old single mom of two, they treated me like garbage and instead of understanding told me I will be evicted today
very true!!! they are rude and the property is never in the best of shape. they closed the pool on Memorial Day without notification. Also the fire alarms in my building are always going off at like 2am waking my kids and they always end up being false alarms. oh and when you pay your rent the rental box is always so full that anyone can just reach into the box at the office and take your money!
