Great service...my 3rd pair of shoes I’m a new runner. After I sprained my ankle last year my path crossed at Mill City Running and I am not disappointed.
It’s nice to have guidance in picking the correct inserts and shoes, and they do it well! Severe Plantar Fasciitis pain before going to Mill City Running and would recommend them to anyone with shoe/foot problems

Thanks to Luke and the team at MCR! Luke fitted me with a new pair of shoes and insoles this past week and set me up wi5 some subzero pants. First run outside today went great! Pants were just enough *not cold* so perfect for today’s run. The shoes are fabulous; I didn’t feel any pain or pressure on my knees or ankles.
Running with the group MLR group runs is a lot of fun! They keep me going even when it rains! The staff is friendly and helpful especially when looking for new running shoes which can be quite overwhelming. They give great advice and you can go for a run on the treadmill to test them out.
Great staff! They hooked me up with everything I needed to run in our arctic temps. First below zero temps, running was easy peasy. Thank you!!!
