A great store. Not only do Bekah and Jeff curate a fantastic selection of running gear, they have established Mill City Running as a center of community in the Twin Cities. MCR offers professional shoe fitting (complete with gait analysis), excellent group runs, and free pancakes every Friday. One of the best.
Professional, welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable, the staff and owners of Mill City Running provide great service to everyone from elites to folks looking for comfy causal shoes, and they're a great resource for beginners. Good gear, fuel, and information found inside the cozy and stylish store, w/o pretension or attitude.
Jeff and Bekah have done an amazing job creating a friendly and welcoming culture for their store!
After looking around at 5-6 area running stores, I came to Mill City Running, was immediately greeted with a smile, everyone in the Tuesday group run said their name, and was invited for tacos out after. Have been to their social runs nearly every week since. Will only purchase running gear at this store. It's about the love of running and a creating a community.
