Shay Brown is the new manager and she is the best manager by far. She came in getting things in order. Thank god we needed Shay Brown here.
Me and my family have lived here for 3 years. Since Shay Brown started we have had 4 or 5 resident events, the trash room as been a lot cleaner and I see Shay and Natalyn active around the building cleaning trash. What a blessing to have these two.
One star. If I could do a zero I would. I've been living at the Mill for several years now. I'm was ready to move out of this place because of the current property management team, Shay Brown. But now that I heard Shay Brown is leaving, I will stay. I recently overheard Shay asking people to give her a good review. How desperate is that?
