This is a great place to live - there’s a reason I stayed for 6 years! You can’t beat the location, the units are modern and updated, the on site gym and outdoor patio is a great amenity, and the building has a great community feel. We also got new management in the last year and they have taken such an intentional, caring approach to managing the building, keeping up an updated with great communication, fun events, and making it a great place for residents! Shoutout Dewon, Kay, and Tyler - you guys rock!!

My wife and I have lived at MCQ for 6 years and it’s been a wonderful place to live. The location is unbeatable. You can walk to three different grocery stories, every major theater and venue, tons of big employers, stone arch bridge, and lots of walking and biking paths. Our unit has amazing natural light and an incredible city view (see below!) The building has a gym, ample parking, a community room, and an Amazon hub for packages. I’ve lived at MCQ for four years and the current management team of Dewon and Kay have far surpassed others I’ve had. The level of communication—from emails, high-quality signs, and in-person friendliness and trustworthiness—continues to impress me. They work hard to promote community within the building through regular events and make our building feel much warmer and connected.
