Mari and Hannah are the loveliest - the environment is wonderful, my little sun spots and cherries have disappeared. Would highly recommend, they are so knowledgeable and make suggestions with that knowledge, but are not pushy at all, they make sure you are comfy in your own skin. They are also very good at letting you know what to expect next, the timing of the fades, so we aren't trapped in our panic thoughts. Love them and will be returning as I age into my next few decades ;)
I had been coming here for a while to remove some unwanted hair. That is, until life happened, and I had a serious accident that led to the worst couple of years of my life. Instead of doing what every other business does and continuing to charge me, Mill City Laser did the opposite and did not charge me for any months I could not make it. That is so unheard of for a business to do. They proactively went out of their way to not charge me for service not rendered, despite being well within their right to do so. Unheard of!! This place is LOVELY. Hannah and Mari each have a wonderful calm presence, so unlike the pushy sales of the suburban places. The northeast location is perfect, the environment is like a spa. Really relaxing, looking forward to more treatments.
Mari is the absolute best. I’ve been going here for over a year and the results are incredible. I’ve primarily done laser hair removal but also had her treat a few broken capillaries on my face and arms. The hair removal has been so effective on many different body areas and they are so flexible on when and how to treat each area. The broken capillary treatment was amazing. Mill City laser is wonderful! Everyone there is friendly, their building is clean, professional, and cozy, and their pricing is competitive and flexible. They are also extremely trans-friendly; I found out about them from TC Pride Fest, I've always felt respected, and they've been so supportive of my transition milestones!
