Mari & Hannah are amazing! The space is very clean and inviting. Best laser hair removal service I have received. The staff is so friendly, kind, and accommodating. 10/10 would recommend!

Mill City Laser offers a catered care that you can't help but keep coming back to. They are attentive and inclusive. I don't know anywhere else that is especially mindful of darker skin tones. It's great to feel like I'm in good hands.
It pains me to leave a bad review for a local business, but I had the most bizarre experience with Hannah and Mari. I showed up just 5 min late to my appointment (I tried to call but they don’t have a front desk) and was told that there is no grace period so it was considered a no show. From consultation to my first appointment I have felt heard, informed, and like a partner in all choices regarding my treatment. Hannah helped me to understand the specifics of laser hair removal, what might be a factor fir my skin type, and other factors I should be aware of. Mari, my technician, made me feel so welcomed in the space, was exceptional when it came to consent and letting me know what or where I would be touched, and is an excellent communicator! I am so excited to continue this process at MCL!
