Treatment with kind, care and passion is how I would describe my experience with mill city. Hannah and Mari are great, they listen, do their research and provide the best treatment based on your needs. I have been looking to get rid of my spider veins from past 1 year and visited multiple clinics and aestheticians but nothing helped until I visited Mill city. The entire process from consultation to booking an appointment to the procedure itself was seamless and super efficient. Mari is extremely professional and very skilled. Highly recommend!
Mari and Hannah are the loveliest - the environment is wonderful, my little sun spots and cherries have disappeared. Would highly recommend, they are so knowledgeable and make suggestions with that knowledge, but are not pushy at all, they make sure you are comfy in your own skin. They are also very good at letting you know what to expect next, the timing of the fades, so we aren't trapped in our panic thoughts. Love them and will be returning as I age into my next few decades ;)
I had been coming here for a while to remove some unwanted hair. That is, until life happened, and I had a serious accident that led to the worst couple of years of my life. Instead of doing what every other business does and continuing to charge me, Mill City Laser did the opposite and did not charge me for any months I could not make it. That is so unheard of for a business to do. They proactively went out of their way to not charge me for service not rendered, despite being well within their right to do so. Unheard of!! This place is LOVELY. Hannah and Mari each have a wonderful calm presence, so unlike the pushy sales of the suburban places. The northeast location is perfect, the environment is like a spa. Really relaxing, looking forward to more treatments.
