12/6/19- finally received the check from Mr. Falck. I was told that he was not affiliated with this location by the franchise owner. BUYER BEWARE! After being a customer for several years, I had to close my account since I was moving out of state. Mill Brook owes me $28 for empty bottles. It has been TWO months and still no check! The owner, RICK FALCK wants to deduct $5 for picking the bottles up! RICK FALCK also said he mailed the check on September 16th oh no he said it was the 17th.
