They make each process simple and easy. 5 Star : Customer Service No One can top their customer service. I get updates on the status of my car. If I call with any quesitons they always answer politely and truthfully. You can tell they care about their customers.
0.5 Star : Likely to Recommend 2.5 Star : Repair Quality Communication can be better. I had to call to check on the repairs each time. The staff is very friendly however communication is key. The repairs were incomplete with a follow up to a few important issues like the windshield fluid not working, alignment was missed during the repair and the hood was not aligned properly.
