5 Star : My Experience 1. All procedures were done in good time, esp. the repair itself! 2. All personnel, esp. Robert, were polite, professional and personable. 3. The repair on the car doors was exceptional! 4. The cost was very reasonable. My only complaint is with the payment method. I can understand not accepting checks but a 3% processing fee for using plastic seems excessive for being the only alternative other than cash.

The work was excellent and Professional 4.5 Star : Repair Quality Friendly and professional, they worked with my Insurance for a timely and seamless repair. The work was excellent and I’m extremely satisfied with the results. 4 Star : Customer Service Not the best on updates or contact. However the repair was completed in a timely manner and the transaction was easy an painless.
0 Star : My Experience Worst experience I ever had and will never refer or even think of going back to this place, lack of communication, my vehicle sat for 6 months no one touched it, I would call many times and get put on hold and it would hang up on me, the manger is very unprofessional, and they supposedly fixed my vehicle and I drove it off and it broke again! Worst company ever!
0 Star : My Experience No contact/updates. Called to see if was ready then got there and seemed like it’s been ready and wasn’t qc correctly. Was not washed or cleaned good.
