You’ll wait at least 45 minutes to an hour for food, and the back of house staff are usually messing around so things take longer. Food is great if you’re willing to wait around, but it’s also pricey to boot. Poor service overall. Their drink machine is also broken
This is my 2nd time ordering from here. The menu isn’t as vast as they had when I went last year. The Shrimp Po’Boy sandwich is no more. That was my fav’. The newest menu has some good choices. I ordered the Blackened Salmon BLT with Fries. My coworkers ordered the Shrimp Grits, Buscuits and Gravy, and the French Toast with Berries. All were delicious!
This is our first time in Washington, and the food and staff are amazing. When we come back, we'll be back here.

Food was above average, especially the eggs. And the young lady at the counter was going through extra mile to take care of customers. And underrated gem on H St.
