I would give no stars if allowed. We are property owners and were inexperienced as this was the first time renting out our home. What a mistake. We were gone for 3 years. The 1st set of tenants were great. They paid on time and kept our home looking very nice. Apparently, the air conditioning went out and they contacted hometown property to have it fixed.
