They cannot get their lawn care together, they kill anything you put in the garden, they can't fix anything, and they charge more for the same square footage i had in Connecticut!
5++++! Shelly was absolutely amazing! We were miles away and decided to come down (one day notice) she set up over 10 places between GA and FL for us to see for the next day. I've been using this company, as a homeowner, for just over a year. I've had no problems with them whatsoever. In fact, Amy Wodicka has been amazing in keeping me up to date with everything going on and has taken time out of her day on countless occasions to answer my numerous questions. I was annoyed at first when prepping my house for rent because of the amount of hoops it seemed I had to jump through. I'm suprised at the negative reviews of this place. I purchased a home through Military Realty last year and I had nothing but support the whole way through my home buying experience. Even after we had moved in I had follow up calls to check on how we were doing. Banks is the best! Thanks
Worst experience ever. I attempted to rent a house through them and I was told three times that hey would call to setup a viewing. Every time I returned to the establishment, they acted like they've never seen me, even though it was just the day before. They most likely prey on young military. I've seen plenty like them through the 8 years I was in the USMC.
