these guys are awesome they did a couple frames for me they went above and beyond if you haven't got a frame from these guys you're missing out
They turned my inspired Cinderella print into a masterpiece. I absolutely loved the work they did on it. I let them pick out the frame and went with their recommendation. And it was perfect! He picked out the gold in the carriage and matched it with a frame. Thank you for your hard work! I still love my artwork, even months after purchasing from you.
First and foremost the work they do is amazing. Ryan was super helpful during the whole process and it made everything that much easier, especially since I ordered my plaque from overseas. Customer service is far and beyond. Unfortunately, after a long way from the states to overseas the plaque frame that I ordered had been cracked on the corner and once I reached out to Ryan, he shipped a new frame free of charge. Highly recommend and will definitely be back for more amazing plaques.

Particle board and weak mounting caused $110 frame/glass to fall off wall after 2 weeks (Edit: mounting and wire 'hanger' in place for 2 months, hung on wall for 2 weeks). Manager Ryan only suggested buying a new frame at full price plus shipping ($75 total). It seems they do not expect their frames to stay on walls (or just bad luck in this case). Edit: Ryan: Thanks for the reply/apology - I have bumped up the rating.
