RecommendedI highly recommend Military Memories and more. I couldn’t be more please with how my retirement display came out.
I received my custom shadow box from Military Memories and More about a week ago. They exceeded my expectations on the design and their willingness to customize some of the elements to get it just right. It took only about 10days to get the shadow box back and it was well packed. I see at least one negative review here, but I can say all communication was clear and they were willing to work with me to get it right. I know I could never have done as good a job as they did.

Decided to post here since they review and delete honest negative reviews on their website. The manager, Ryan, has hurt feelings because the $20 PayPal refund he sent didn't stop me from leaving this honest feedback. Amazing customer service, beautiful high quality product! I decided to order very last minute which in turn made me anxious about it being delivered on time. 5+ stars All I can say is WOW. I can’t stop staring at my shadow box. It perfectly captures the 9 years of my life that I gave to the Corps. I found their website by luck. The professionalism and skill (and pride) they put into their product is second to none. Worth every penny. The entire process was painless and quick. Even during the holidays. Thank you so much.
I ordered the Colonel shadow box last minute. Not only did they get it done and to me in an extremely short timeframe (4 days), the final product is absolutely phenomenal!!
