We couldn't be more grateful to Military Homes Charleston. Our rental property was severely damaged last month due to the winter storm in South Carolina and being stationed overseas, what could have been an extremely stressful situation, was greatly alleviated by Jodie and her team. They've been our backbone through this ongoing process. I would highly recommend this outstanding company and team to anyone in the Low Country looking for an exceptional property manager or real estate agent!
This is a great company to rent through if you don't like getting your security deposit back. I was given an explanation of damages we were charged for, so I sent them dated photos that I took when we moved in showing that some of these damages already existed and were not fixed before we moved in. I have messages from me asking them why the carpets were not cleaned before we moved in, they insisted that they were. So I took photos of the stains in the carpets. We are very sorry you feel this way, Emily. An explanation and photos of the damages were sent to you. It was also explained that there were many more damages for which you were not charged. We tried to get you as much of your security deposit back as we could, and you did receive a partial refund. We do not prefer to air our tenants' issues out on social media, but if forced, we will defend our reputation publicly.
Such a great property management company! We rented a house through them and they had everything fixed the same day we called and their staff are incredible nice! Jodi and Ashley were so great to work with and we couldn't have had a better experience! Thank you!
