I had the best service! My hair bleaching was done by Kelly . She explained everything she was going to do and use in my hair, watched it carefully and brought it to the color which was needed to go silver. Alyssa mixed my colors so I could get the perfect tone that was fitting for me. Lori applied my color and conditioned my hair. Needless to say my service was impeccable.
Ridiculous price for something she obviously did not know how to do... she was taking other arrivals instead of caring for the tint she was working on... in the end, my daughter had to properly straighten her own hair before she left and honestly, the service leaves a lot to be said... consider other salons... this one is overrated and if it doesn't have enough negative reviews is probably because the patrons are young and don't know any better than properly reviewing a place.
