Currently residing in Artistry Cincy where our fire alarms go off at any hour (4:55am this morning), our pool is yet to be open for the summer (it's July 11th), our 'secured parking' has had an open gate for months with no repair in site, it took months to repair the elevators, the on site management could care a less, lies and does not respond to inquiries and the building is 3 years old. Simply put, this company is greedy. They make the buildings look nice on the outside, but once you’re locked into a lease, it’s a nonstop headache. Stuff breaks and stays broken — pools, elevators, garages — and management either ghosts you or feeds you the same tired excuses. It's not just bad luck at one location, it’s everywhere.
