I just received a bill for 100 dollars which is my copay for an outpatient hospital. How do you advertise as an urgent care but bill as a hospital. Very disappointed at this since my wife liked the nurses and the fact that it's so close to our house. She is a stay at home mom with three little boys so having a place that close to bring the kids to is great, but I told her to go somewhere else from now on cause this place is dishonest.
I went here to get stitches in my hands. I walked in, sat down while a couple was getting their paperwork, then went up and were immediately given forms to fill out; the receptionist even helped me iron out details! The doctor had a sense of humor and the nurse did her job well. The worker who xrayed my hand was jovial and kind. Last time my entire family goes here! How are you considered an "Urgent Care" when you bill as an "Outpatient Facility?" That made my copay go from $35 to $100! Looks like Lake Region Urgent Care will be receiving my business. Let my review(and other's) help you to decide the same.
Absolutely horrible! I went here on a Saturday because it was one of my only days off and I was in pain. I had been sick for 2 weeks with severe congestion.. was trying to wait to give it time to see if it would go away but it just turned into a sinus infection ( I could tell because I get reoccurring ones) and my chest hurt bad.. I go to urgent care right away Saturday morning and they told me there WAS NOTHING WRONG, that I had no signs of being sick..
