I went to Milford franklin urgent care for a bad cut on my forearm. Danielle and Haley stitched me up and had me out in 30 minutes. They couldn’t have been nicer, or more efficient. They were both so gentle and kind! I’m actually looking forward to going back in 10 days to have the sutures removed. Thanks for taking great care of me!
I have used this urgent are several times and I have always had a great experience
Tried to be seen here and the office was closed two days in a row during normal hours. I was the second patient in the morning but still waited an hour and a half for a doctor to prescribe an over-the-counter that had nothing to do with my symptoms and when I called back because it obviously wasn’t working, they told me I had to be re-seen to get a new prescription for “new symptoms” that I’ve had for six days. Incompetent staff and they only care about making money
this place is amazing! does almost everything a ER can do but not the wait.
Not to bad but not the best basically the typical urgent care you'd expect if your worried about long wait times don't go during rush times I typically go right when they open or 25 minutes before they close so I can be in and out. I've always been treated respectful for the most part everyone seems nice there was only 1 time when my I was treated poorly by one of the nurses I went a little late and she was super rude and refused to talk to me but she did her job and I didn't let her attitude ruin my experience or my rating ... read more
