Went they a few times staff was always friendly. And wait time was less than 10mins.
Very disappointed with the care my 78-year-old mother received here. She visited this urgent care three times since July 3rd with a severe sore throat, persistent cough, and nonstop nasal issues. Each time, she was told she was “fine” and sent home without any treatment other than to buy nasal spray. . She just saw her primary care doctor, who immediately diagnosed her with strep throat something she’s now had for three weeks, completely untreated. Went to Milford Urgent Care in Milford today. This was my first time going there. Receptionist was warm and efficient. Dr. Hardenbrook and her medical assistant were excellent and made me feel comfortable and fixed my problem with my ear. Highly recommend!
