One of the receptionists was extremely rude to me. When the doctor told her I was coming back for a follow-up, she sighed. The doctor asked her, “Why is the computer giving you a problem?” The receptionist said, “No, he is.” And then she made eye contact with me. I’ve never experienced a complete lack of compassion for patient care.
One star. No compassion, do not care for patients personally. Their drug tests failed Me, and gave me a false positive for pcp... PCP!!! then told me that my employer wasn't interested in continuing the process. Instead of sending it to the lab like they said they come back with that. So I call my employer to find out that no one ever got a call. The big blonde nurse just said she talked to someone but did not. Their rickety drug tests could cost people thru jobs and they don't care. When I called my concerns about their mes... read more
