Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Yes Did this psychologist have reasonable prices? Yes Does this psychologist always take that extra step to make you feel special? Absolutely, they always make me feel like I'm their only client. Did this psychologist prominently display their diplomas or business license? Not very well. I had to really look for it before I found it. Was this psychologist's office easy to locate? Fairly Easy

Did this psychologist have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Not at all! They were boring and outdated Did this psychologist use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Does this psychologist remember you and your circumstances at every appointment? Absolutely not! I constantly have to repeat and re-explain my situation! Does this psychologist offer flexible appointment times? Somewhat, but it's still difficult to get an appointment Has this psychologist ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Were you able to relax during your appointment? Not really, I was a little uneasy Did this psychologist prominently display their diplomas or business license?
