They replaced a part incorrectly resulting in a $125 cost to me. I addressed the concern with them and requested some sort of compensation. They would do nothing for me. I had used this business for years but never again.
RecommendedThis place is great, is always had a good experience here. Staff is knowledgeable in most thing related to cars.
Mostly they’re good, fast, affordable. But they hired some guy in December who actually messed up my car, being forceful with the air filter and damaging the boot and air sensor(or whatever it’s called). He also asked if my daughter could have a sucker, he then opened the door and handed it to her inside the car. We don’t feel comfortable bringing our cars here anymore on the off chance the one person is working. As far as we know, everyone else is fine.
