Doctors are great. Office is terrible. High turnover, is everyone getting training at the same time? They don’t return phone calls and I’m on my third request whether or not I need an appointment for another high bp Rx as recommended by Tunnel Cancer Center. This is a simple yes or no question. It took repeated phone calls and a wait of 4 weeks to get a mammogram order. I hate to lose my primary care doctor, but cannot abide with this uncaring incompetence.
RecommendedI saw Dr Sharma. She is great. She was prepared and always listened. I went through serious heart issues due to congenital heart disease. She helped live through this disease.
We have been seeing Dr. Hawkins for years. She and her PA Joyce have such great "bedside" manners. They talk to you not down to you like alot of professionals. All the staff there, from check in to check out are great people.
Amazing staff, doctors are incredible. I never leave with any doubts I am getting the best treatment possible. Last minute problems? Never a worry with this office, they always seem to fit me in. I work an hour away and live 30 minutes away and wouldn't change doctors for anything! Thank you guys for being amazing.
