The office is awful, these doctors either need new staff or invest in more staff or they just do not care. They never communicate with the patient. Never ever return calls. Never answer the phone, there is no way to sign up on the patient portal, you can’t even communicate by email there is no option. If you have a problem do not wait , Find a new doctor or go to emergency room.
Absolutely disappointing experience with this office. I have been there several times previously with great results and interactions with staff. This experience leaves me searching for another provider. They scheduled me for a Covid test prior to procedure, after driving approx 40 minutes to their lab I was informed that that requirement was no longer needed and I was never notified.
