I recently had my first cataract surgery with Dr. Lu at Franklin Eye Center, and the entire experience was outstanding. Dr. Lu is an excellent surgeon — professional, reassuring, and highly skilled. The procedure went smoothly, and I was out the door in just a couple of hours. The nurses at the Surgical Center deserve a huge shout‑out. They are unbelievable. GO ELSEWHERE! 1st ridiculous wait times, you go back 3 times before cataract surgery. Diagnosis, overview of surgery, measurements of eye. 3 copays!! Also charged me the wrong higher copay! Dr Ahmed did surgery 5 minutes out door eye was on fire burning water flowing out, called had to go to Milford office doctor gave me several drops of numbing solutions. Follow up visit told Dr Ahmed dilation of eyes causes me migraines, but due to risk I agreed, she put in way too much solution and ask me who referred me to the pract... read more
