Bought $800 glasses that I couldn't see as well as with my left eye as I did with my old glasses. Was told to wear them at least a month so I did for over 2 months. No improvement. Now they say in my chart Dr Weber wanted to refer me to opthamologist for cataracts and I refused and ordered glasses against medical advice. Not true! Also why didn't they tell me when I was ordering $800 glasses that Dr didn't think they would work? I am so upset by these blatant lies and their not caring. Nice pleasant experience.
Long time customer, lousy service since Larry left. Presc didn't work for me. Took a week to get help. Acted like they could care less. Tough to work when you can't see. I'll be looking for a new eye doctor (pun intended).
