I am bidding farewell to this place this Sunday. I have stayed here for two years with my wife as it was our first place together. Now that we are buying a home, we are relieved to be moving out of this apartment. At first it seemed pretty nice, the tenants were nice, the distance from the beach was convenient and to have a private pool for the complex was a major plus.
