Hands down best auto service I’ve ever had. Competent and courteous service and I’ve never been sold anything that my car doesn’t need. They’re thorough and practical. Milex really knows their customers and they REALLY know cars. We’ve taken cars there for 8 or 9 years now and never a regret.
At this Milex they provide great service at a reasonable price. Best of all for me, they are experts at taking care of the somewhat rare Lotus brand of car. Most repair shops know little or nothing about these cars, but the staff here, and in particular Albert, have a lot of experience with the Lotus. I actually learn something new about my car every time I bring it in for maintenance. Also, everyone on the staff is helpful, polite, and personable. It's a pleasure, not a chore, to bring in your car.
Honest, Fair, Comprehensive Service This shop, in my view and in the opinion of others I know in town, is the absolute BEST IN FREDERICK. Albert and Steve place customer satisfaction and accommodation as their priorities. They consistently go above and beyond. Their diagnoses and repairs are spot on and are Always less costly than dealerships. I recommend Milex unconditionally! Note, a new shop just opened in Middletown, MD. For the past 10+ years that I have been taking my vehicles to Milex for service, they have always provided quality service in a friendly, courteous, timely fashion at reasonable rates. I have been living in Delaware for the past 8 years but always schedule my service with Milex when visiting my family in the area. They are always honest and don't try to sell me service that is not needed or can be done at a later time. I highly recommend them for any of your vehicle service needs.
