Melissa Cameron is my case manager. She's very smart and full of great ideas! We work very well together. I also had Drew the meds nurse for a while and she was also very knowledgeable and helpful.
I went here for a while and it wasn't the best experience honestly. Online says insurance accepted but its NOT. I got told I had to pay cash because they were not allowed to bill my medicaid plan I had used here for YEARS. I call because nobody called me and they don't answer so I drive there and find this sign! Google PLEASE review this. They aren't even here and are still lying about what they offer. I'm without meds and in withdraw after 6 YEARS of success.
This place used to be amazing.... then it sold. I had a visit and was told my medicaid wasn't being taken anymore, they told me I had to find another doctor or pay $200. I can't not have medicine so I spent my last $200 on this visit. The place that showed up on my credit card wasn't even this company! I never got my medicine either because the pharmacy told me this Doctor CAN'T write a script for them because he's blacklisted. What do you have to do to be blacklisted as a doctor?!? Do not go here. My husband had his first appointment a few weeks ago when the amazing Kate, Amber and Ben team left. The facility said they couldn't send to the pharmacy he had been using for years. We finally found one that would fill his script. Milestone said they sent it, when I called the pharmacy they said they never received anything. They didn't even charge for the visit out nor did they call my husband back and inform him any of this. They obviously do not care for patients health. We left immediately.
I love this location Milestone wellness center in butler Pa. I would highly recommend it to others for a safe understanding and caring place to be seen the staff is amazing and they really care about there patients there. So please if your looking for a doctor office to get help and to have a safe place that cares about you please call the Milestone wellness center in butler.
