I have an amazing experience with the team, they are very attentive and professional. Also the fact that I'm able to schedule and walk in for an appointment on a SATURDAY without having to wait until Monday makes it exceptional.
I called on Saturday 8/29/2026 to make an appointment for my 2 nieces that were recently placed into my care. The lady who answered cut me off and said new patients can't be seen on Saturdays. I was explaining they do not need to be seen today, I just need to make an appointment. She instead did not listen and interrupted and started saying something about insurance and eligibility and then hung up. She never listened to anything further than I needed for them to be seen. Dr. Vyas and her staff are terrific, and we have had a wonderful experience with them since my son was born. Dr. Vyas is so patient and attentive, answering all questions thoughtfully and with a calmness that as new parents we really appreciated. She is also very culturally competent and communicates well with people from different countries. We love how responsive her team has been.
