This was my first time at this Milestones. I’ve been to a few in Toronto, and I must say that I really enjoyed it. The view alone was 10/10. I’ve never been to a restaurant with a view of the water like the one in Niagara Falls. Furthermore, the service and food was food, our server Julie was amazing and so nice . She really made us feel welcome. Overall, I would recommend this Milestones to anyone who is travelling to the Niagara region, and I’d go back there myself. Really amazing!!!!
Great alternative to all the tourist traps in the area. The food was excellent, the Niagara brewery beers are great, and the view of the falls is unrivaled, but the service is the real star. They were severely understaffed at the time and they still bent over backwards to make sure we had a great time and felt taken care of. Julie was an absolute super star!
Was so excited tonight to come here, checked reviews, made sure we had a reservation and even put in that we were celebrating a birthday. We were seated and then waited easily 20 min to give our drink order. We got half the drinks. Food was good, steak for the birthday boy wasn’t made the way he requested so everyone else ate then his came out. Sat and waited a long time to get a kids meal ice cream which was half melted. 5 stars for service excellence! Thank you Casey! We didn't realize how late it had gotten and were in search of dinner, luckily a quick walk from our hotel located in the second story of Sheraton. They were kind enough to sit 7 of us 45 mins before they closed. We enjoyed: - coconut calamari 3/5 sauce was different than traditional Mayo/tartar/marinara but surprisingly good! - M wings (Japanese mango bbq) 5/5 cooked perfectly! We had dinner on Saturday night and it was busy although they still had tables open. We waited about 10-20 mins to get our order taken and another 20 mins wait until we got our food. The food was good and I liked their rosé sangria. We were also seated by the window with the Fallsview which was nice. Other than that, our server was nice and busy.
