Online order from website was not delivered, called twice to ask about it, they finally said Uber didn’t pickup, so it had been just sitting there. When employee dropped order off, it was cold, soup was cold, order took over 90 min to deliver. Called back about poor food quality, they would not refund anything. Instead they wanted me to order something else, they would not deliver, to bad I wasn’t able to pick it up, since I was sick from bad tuna in sushi bowl that I partially ate. Have been going there for years without any issues. This time was the last time I will go! The seats were ripped in the booths. Floor was dirty. Was given a cup for my tea that had already been used. Wrong packet of tea was given to me. The sweet chilli chicken was tough. Could barely chew it. Our waiter tried to hide dismay for our requests. My companion had to ask for fresh coffee since hers tasted like the bottom of the pot. The walls in the washroom were splattered with dirt. Very disappointed.
