they could start by not laying off all of a call centers best management and blaming it on the tier 1 agents performance. they could also not lay off an entire call center with over 150 people the same year that over half of that centers staff lost their homes to a massive fire. j.s.
No news is good news but at least your devotion to your role is noticed.
Rewards schmoozers and people who are part of the management clique, doesn't respond to people who offer suggestions or solutions then changes to a negative attitude these people for not "going with the flow" and nodding yes to everything. Its really a shame, corporate level staff seem genuine and experienced but as soon as it leaves their realm it becomes a disorganized mess.
