my friend lived here recently and had such a bad experience. this is a building that was built to be sold as condos but because of the downturn in the economy in 2008, they could not sell most of the units. even now the building is still only about 50% sold. so the building was never meant to be a rental. many tenants have come and gone because the management is so poor. it's basically the woman from the parent company, whose main job is to sell the units, acting as a landlord. i've even been yelled at by her for talking on ... read more
