I would advise taking photos before moving in and after moving out. As this management company will take your security deposit on a whim. In the State of Maryland it is illegal for landlords to charge you for cleaning after moving out, but this company believes they are above the law. So, if you are a current tenant, be careful upon leaving your rental - and be prepared to fight them to receive your entire security deposit back.

Come here if you want to have your condo sold from underneath you, or be shown absolutely no compassion if you ask for understanding or help. And be prepared to spend lots of money on cleaning a condo, because they will force you to hire professional cleaners lest they charge you an arm and a leg, taking money from your security deposit. And after all of that, they will *still* hire cleaners and make you pay. It was just awful dealing with them.
