Lived in a property managed by Milestone for 5 years and had a great experience. They left is alone for the most part, didn’t increase rent as much as other places. There were something we tried to get them to fix, like replacing carpets and water getting in between the screen door glass panels, and they decided not to. Which is fine. The hard part came at move-out. I was charged for cleaning carpets that were immediately replaced, which is just wrong and common sense. Stephanie, is always very thorough. I appreciate the care she takes on each visit. She is an excellent Property Manager, I'm so happy she's part of the team, we're all lucky to have her.
Thin walls, electral outlets have been loose since i first moved in, can hear traffic since right next to a traffic light, problems with neighbors noise, property managgenent will change policy on you and when you inquire about the policy change they ignore you wich is illegal, black widows and various other critters throughtout the year
Milestone took the time to find quality tenants for our rental property and ensured nothing was left to chance when preparing it for said tenants. I've primarily worked with Robert and Stephanie who are both a pleasure to deal with. I'm feel confident that my property will be well taken care of for as long as I have it managed by Milestone.
Milestone RES has been amazing. They are attentive, and respond quickly to maintenance needs and they have aways been very kind and professional. Thank you Stefanie, and all at Milestone for all that you do.
