My wife has been a patient here for some time, and I can honestly say she has never been better. For over eight years, we searched for a provider who could truly meet her mental health needs, and thank God we found Milestone. She is now on an effective medication regimen, and the positive impact on her life—and on ours as a family—has been incredible. Thank you, Milestone, for everything you do.
I’m honestly quite frustrated with how things have transpired today. I had a follow up telehealth appointment today, January 14 for both of my kids at 4 PM. This appointment was originally moved because I was told the provider is going to be leaving this clinic. In this appointment, we were supposed to follow up on this new medication. My daughter is on and set up new appointments with the new provider. However, it has not been 53 minutes past my scheduled telehealth appointment. DO NOT waste your time here. The first time I visited I got put on TWO pills, I thought it was strange but decided to give it a shot. The second visit I got put on another medication and didn’t know that the trio would give me possible seizures and muscle pain. After following up with my doctors, I was told to stop one immediately and to switch to a new one. When I brought it up to Debra she gave me a face and sighed then said she’d never heard that. Highly unprofessional! You can tell by the responses to their reviews! They put my child in serious danger giving medication to her that amplified seizures. When it was brought to their attention they got defensive and fought to change the meds to make it better. When I got firm on what was needed I was told I was “harassing” the staff and my daughter was dismissed.
