I called the office to schedule a a new appointment for my children. When the person answered the phone, I heard her talking to another person who I assumed was staff, talking about someone's personal information (a death in their family). I said hello twice and she just kept talking.
Dr. Bassey has been our family pediatrician for the past 19 years. I trust her with my children's health. She knows her stuff and will take excellent care of your children. Thank you Dr. Bassey for your caring nature. Keep up the good work.
