The moment I walked in she greeted me with a welcoming smile and made me feel comfortable. My wife had a sentimental ring passed down from her mom that was in dire need of repairs. After researching many jewelers, I was referred here by people in a local Facebook group and I will say we are completely satisfied with our experience. From our first visit to discuss the needs we knew we were in good hands. The repairs were completed exactly when they said they would be done and it turned out fantastic.
