Going to Milestone Dental was the worst misstep that I could have made. They talked me into getting a root canal with a crown that I probably never even needed, and then they over charged me an additional $200.00 that I dicovered later, my insurance had already paid. I would never recommend Milestone Dental to anyone. And please do be aware - they have now changed their name to Ideal Dental and still at the same location...
The worst experience I ever had with a dentist. I was in the middle of having a root canal done and the billing lady came and asked that I come see her immediately at the front desk while the doctors was drilling in my mouth. I got up with blood dripping out of my mouth holding a towel up bleeding at the front desk with her stating should could not validate my insurance.
