You can really tell that everyone at Milestone tries to do everything in their power to solve your problems! Dealing with Insurance problems and incorrect or incomplete medical submittals while taking care of a sick spouse is the most stressful situation you can find yourself in. It's so nice to speak with someone that truly cares about achieving the best outcome possible!
In my 20 years as a school superintendent, I've had the good fortune to work with a few good insurance consultants. Kent does a great job in his role as an insurance consultant.
