Therapist was nice but I feel like they really didn't have anything right. Telehealth protocols were not there. How the hell are you going to have it where the therapists are pretty much in a fend for yourselves mode with telehealth. You should have a dedicated platform or a universal guideline. There was no cohesion in my treatment team or plan. I don't even think I had a proper treatment plan in three years now that I think of it. Its interesting that the only two reviews on here are mine and one that is reaction. TO MINE. The other review is from the mother of my daughter. Lol. After I posted my review. The people at milestone told the bm. Then scheduled a meeting with me. In which the bhs lady said that i was being cut out from services "because i lambasted her with questions".......and then misstated a conversation we had.
